More than half of our CPAs have already earned or are in the process of earning a Masters in Taxation. William Steele & Associates is happy to pay for the cost of a Masters in Taxation in lieu of paying for the cost of continuing professional education courses for its licensed professionals.

While the profession demands that we work more hours at certain times of the year, William Steele & Associates has a goal of “net zero” overtime for all of its employees. Ideally, our employees will use the extra hours they work during peak seasons as additional hours off during the summer and late fall.
