Because flow-through taxation is generally preferred for closely-held businesses, our partners and professional staff have particular expertise in the taxation of S corporations, partnerships (including LLCs) and their owners. William Steele & Associates also provides tax planning, tax provision and tax compliance services to publicly traded companies. We assist various tax-exempt entities with their tax planning and compliance needs, including providing services to several large hospitals in New Hampshire and Vermont. Our partners have established special working relationships with other CPA firms and law firms in New Hampshire where we assist these other professionals with complex tax issues presented to their clients.
