A Senior Tax Manager, Jim provides tax planning, compliance and consulting to mid-sized companies and high net worth individuals. He has extensive experience in partnership, corporate, individual and trust taxation, including international and multi-state matters. Jim brings more than twenty years of experience in providing accounting and tax services. Prior to joining William Steele & Associates in 2002, he was a Tax Manager with the Boston office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jim is an adjunct faculty member and author of a number of tax courses in the graduate tax program at Southern New Hampshire University, including corporations and partnerships, estate and gift tax, tax research and practice, and advanced topics in taxation. Jim was appointed by Governor John Lynch and is currently serving on a special commission charged with studying New Hampshire business taxes.
