Prior to joining William Steele & Associates in 1989, Carol was a tax manager with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells. In 1997, Carol became a shareholder of the firm. Carol has over thirty years of experience specializing in tax compliance and consulting for closely held businesses and their owners. She also specializes in estates and trusts.
