After seven years with a public accounting firm in Southern California, Tom moved to New Hampshire in 1987 and joined William Steele & Associates. In 1993 Tom became a shareholder and officer of the firm. Tom is a general tax practitioner with specific interest and expertise in the taxation of S corporations, partnerships and their owners. Tom also enjoys challenging state and local income tax matters. Tom has vast experience structuring business acquisitions, mergers and sale transactions to minimize taxes. Tom lives in Bedford with his wife Madeleine and their five sons. Tom enjoys hunting, fishing and playing golf; a glass of fine red wine with his wife and watching his boys play hockey.
